MANAGEMENT
Oded Nissan
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Oded Nissan is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Internationally experienced in product commercialization, ranging from concept formulation to market introduction. Specializes in leading growing organizations, building high performing teams and focusing on specific market needs. A seasoned leader with extensive start-up and global corporate background, including General Manager of Alcon Jerusalem, Alcon Menlo-Park Site Head, and Head of Global Mfg. Strategy of Alcon.
Oded holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Mechanical Engineering and he is the author and co-author of 10 patents in various medical fields.
Prof. Zamir Halpern
Medical Director
Prof. Halpern is Professor of Medicine and Gastroenterology at Tel Aviv University. He is the Head of Endoscopy Raphael Hospital and the Head of GI research in Tel-Aviv Sourasky Medical Center. Prof. Halpern is a graduate of the Hadassah Medical School, Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Ze'ev Lichtenstein
Vice President Product Management
Mr. Lichtenstein joined GI-View Ltd. in 2010 and has extensive experience in R&D and Product Management in the high-tech, telecom and medical device industries. Prior to joining GI-View, Mr. Lichtenstein served in senior positions at ECI Telecom and Big-Band Networks and was a founding member of Spine21. Mr. Lichtenstein holds a BSc EE (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University and an MSc EE from the University of Southern California.
Alexander Rohlanko
Vice President Finance
Mr. Rohlanko joined GI-View Ltd. in 2010 and is in charge of all financial management, reporting, legal issues and IT. Mr. Rohlanko previously served as CFO of Beam Works Ltd., a subsidiary of C.I. Systems Ltd. whose shares are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Mr. Rohlanko holds a BA in Industrial Management and an MBA from the University of Gomel, Russia, and is a certified Accounting and Tax consultant.
Eyal Ben-Moshe
Vice President R&D
Eyal is a seasoned medical device executive with over 25 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining Gi-View, Eyal served as a Business Unit Manager and VP R&D in several start-up companies.
Eyal filled a range of technology leadership roles at companies focusing on medical devices and managed a large development team in Israel Aerospace Industries. Eyal holds a BSc Mechanical Engineering and Software Engineering and and MSc in Biomedical Engineer from Ben Gurion university.
Racheli Peretz Ben-David
Vice President Quality
BSc in Chemical Eng. holding various responsibilities of QA & RA management routines for more than 13 years in the Medical Device industry. She also has additional five years of working experience in the field of Semiconductors. In the Medical Devices industry, Racheli gained experience in the Cleanrooms procedures, Validation of Processes , European Regulatory Bodies audits for CE and MDSAP approval.
Sharon Goldfarb
Consultant Regulatory & Clinical
Ms. Goldfarb brings over a decade of experience both in regulatory affairs and clinical trial management, specifically in the GI arena, to GI-View. She worked for regulatory consulting companies as well as various medical device companies as a clinical/regulatory specialist. These include Sightline Technologies, which became Stryker GI and GI-View. Sharon holds a BSc in Life Sciences from Tel Aviv University.

Hadar Ron MD, LLB
Dr. Ron is the Managing Partner of Israel HealthCare Ventures. A physician and attorney, she has extensive medical, legal and managerial experience in insurance companies, law firms, and medical and educational institutions. Her legal and management expertise includes venture capital consulting, medical malpractice, general and medical insurance and law.
Tal Simchony PhD.
Mr. Simchony joined GI-View Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer in 2009, bringing with him fifteen years of extensive business experience in executive management, including Chief Executive Officer of Veraz Networks, President of the DSP Group, and Chief Operating Officer of ECI Telecom and Metalink Transmission Devices. Mr. Simchony holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and BSc and MSc degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science (magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University where he was the recipient of a Fulbright Scholarship.
Zvi Limon
Since 1990 Mr. Limon has been an active investor in public and private technology companies, focused on the Communications, Internet and Semiconductor sectors. He co-founded and served as General Partner of Magma Venture Capital, Magnum Technology Fund and Rimon funds. Previous to this, he served as a management consultant with Bain & Co. in London and at Shaldor Ltd. in Israel, and held financial and investment positions in Silicon Valley and at Rothschild Inc. in New York. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several private companies and publicly traded US companies.
Moshe Mizrahy
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of InMode.
Moshe Mizrahy co-founded InMode in 2008 and has been InMode Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board of directors since inception. Prior to that, Mr. Mizrahy was co-founder and chief executive officer of Syneron Medical Ltd., a medical aesthetic device company based in Israel. Mr. Mizrahy was also the former chief executive officer of Home Skinovations Ltd., an international medical aesthetic consumer devices company active in the home use market, and is currently the chairman of its board since 2007.
Mr. Mizrahy has a B.Sc. in Engineering from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from Pace University, New York.
Donald Tang
Mr. Tang is a Managing Partner in the SCI Advanced Technology Fund. He has years of experience in financial advisory and fund management on Wall Street and Shanghai. Mr. Tang co-funded Apex Capital (an advisory firm in Shanghai). He has successfully advised multiple companies in VC/PE financing and M&A deals and raised more than $500 million. Mr. Tang previously worked in Core-Pacific-Yamichi, a Hong Kong based investment bank, Think Strategy Capital, a NY-based hedge fund, Stripe Group, a NY-based PE fund, and Worldco Trading. Mr. Tang has a MA in Finance from Columbia University.
