Aer-O-Scope™ colonoscope by GI-View

GI-View is introducing a new generation of endoscopy products for gastrointestinal applications based on unique visualization and self-propelled pneumatic intubation technology. The company’s flagship Aer-O-Scope Colonoscope is a disposable, self-propelled colonoscope incorporating a miniature 360° omni-directional camera. The company’s intent, is to help GI clinics and hospital outpatient departments (HOPDs) efficiently screen patients in a way that is aligned with existing clinic workflows.

Clinical Studies

Pre-clinical and clinical trials were performed to substantiate 360° visualization capabilities as well as safety and intubation rate targets. The Aer-O-Scope colonoscope principal trial in Israel was conducted as part of an FDA 510(k) premarket submission.

Improving early detection of colorectal cancer

The company mission is to fundamentally change the way colorectal cancer screening is performed and meet demand with a new paradigm in the continually growing screening arena. GI-View has been granted ISO certification for quality systems.

Rich IP portfolio

GI-View has a diverse and strong IP portfolio which includes several dozen patent applications worldwide. To date, 55 patents have been granted.
